I found the staff very friendly. The room I had was spacious and comfortable, a great benefit. I used the pool and sauna. They offered a relaxing experience. The parking was easy. This was an added convenience.

excellent pool tasty breakfast
the staff were nice. the pool was excellent. i will come back. the breakfast included bacon and in the evening, pizza was allowed in the lounge.
i reported an issue. compensation was offered, but it was not honored.

the staff was very helpful in allowing me to have an early starters breakfast. annabelle was ultra professional in dealing with guests. she didn't find any issue to be too much trouble for her to solve. plenty of parking spaces was great.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel offers comfortable lounges (perfect. I appreciated the convenience of having a teapot and coffee pot right in the bedroom. The leafy vista from my window was a lovely sight each morning.
The absence of the bar being open was a minor disappointment.

Breakfast was self-service and offered plenty of choice (I found it quite satisfying). There was a good selection of cereals, fruit, and yogurts available. Juices, croissants, toast, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages were offered as well.
